Mecum Collector Car Auctions has an auction coming up Jan 24-28th in Kissimmee, Florida. Lot #S49 in this auction claims to be a '67 SS/RS L78. The consigner claims that the car is "The only Butternut Yellow RS/SS with deluxe interior in existence". Clearly, the consigner doesn't know about my car, not to mention others that exist. In any case, it will be interesting to see what this car sells for (assuming it meets reserve). The car looks to be a really nice rotisserie restoration, including a correct smog system (it's a Van Nuys-built car). Auction info. shows UOIT sheet.
