I got into weight lifting to body tone, at 155 lbs, while learning Kook Sul Wan (Korean Martial Arts) while I was stationed overseas in the USAF in England and a friend wanted to see, I did too, how much I could squat and at 30 years old I was at my healthiest. I'll be 61 in July...can't do it now. Has anybody seen where my body went...I'm still looking for it. Oh, yeah, and 5'8" at 155 lbs looks way different then 5'8" at 250 lbs.
