NOS, but no box..these came from a fleet manager, and where in metal boxes that where used for service and parts inventory.. You can see they have never been mounted..and are typical GM quality..look at the pics make sure they are good for you..you can see the little lines cast into the part...i hate to use the word rare..but works here..always missing..very specific to the multi- plex..NOT correct for a defogger..defogger has an allen set..ive sold a few...any way make sure ya like them...
