1969 SS 396 Chevelle
I friend of mine called me while looking at a newly imported Chevelle. He didnīt have a camera with him so he just gave me the numbers from tags. Iīd like to get some help with this please:

TR 753 5757 PNT
21 B L 117220
Canīt understand the "21". He said the rivet covered part of the build week but still donīt understand it unless it was 01B instead of 21 B. What production week would be ok considering the VIN ?
What does the L and 117220 mean ?
He said it was an "honest" car, repainted but unrestored. Needs a lot of work. Probably not the original engine.
4-speed car with disc-brakes, 6000 redline. Cragar SS Wheels.
