I'm not looking for another project, but that sounds like a real fair price. In fact, it sounds kinda cheap. To me, some of those options, are a bit of a demerit, but that's me and some people think I'm "out there"!!! That car should sell in a hurry, and if it is really as described, someone is getting a deal.
