Default orig gm 396/375 hp cam and lifters
This was a orig lo mile take out of a 68 ss 396/375 camaro has the orig gm casting # and stored inside for the last 35 yrs nice orig gm piece that even has paperwork for lifter locations.asking $300.570-854-0896
