Here is a pic of my SS350 engine compartment from 75. It may be a bit hard to tell in this pic but I can remember the rod was straight like what is in Kevin's pic. When I removed the Q-jet for the Holley I never changed the rod. Seems to me I have one of those laying around somewhere in my loose parts.
