Yup, that is Flashlight Guy. When I drive my Chevelle over there, he likes to shine his flashlight everywhere he can on it, in it, and under it. He says MY Chevelle is not an original SS because my hood light is mounted on the wrong side of the hood. Oh, and HIS is an original L78 car. Like Bruce said, not much stock on that one. Used to have strange 18" wheels on it. I'll have to search for the photos.
