really depends on how nice the car is. Tough to tell by pictures. NO need to restore it but maybe a repaint? If it is junky looking why think because it is a "survivor" that it will be worth more? There are still survivor Z/28's and many other cars out there in survivor condition. Really depends how bad it is or if you get sick of looking at it in that state of condition. If it makes you feel better calling it a survivor than leave it but don't start fixing things here and there and blowing in the front valance, rear quarter or left door bottom etc. Just my opinion though.
