Ken, Personally, I'd fix the that lower, Use lacquer and blow it in as low as possible. I wouldn't clear the whole quarter or even to the body line, just keep it real low, leave the pinchweld on the quarter alone or it will looked like it was rusted and fixed. Worst case scenario is it looks like it was fixed 30 years ago and that in my mind is better than that dent, otherwise leave it alone
