Leave the Right 1/4 panel alone.
If it's detected fixed,(and it will),in the future,it will only raise flags to others as to what else has been recently "fixed".

You might also run across a past owner who might have a great story as to what happened to the 1/4 panel,and you fixing it will take the essence out of his story.
