Leaks like you need some new fuel bowl gaskets.
That PCV hose you show is a current modern day issue,that should have the last 2 digits showing the year..example "03 18 98".
Someone then wiped off the last digit "8" to make it appear as though it was 1969,which,to be from 1969,woulda shown "69"..not "9".
That,and other things on it are a dead give away.
