I am going to pull the tank on the car Monday. Hoping this reveals what I am looking for.

As well, I spoke to the person I bought the car from. He is a 70 year old man from Nevada. He got the car from "Starving Marvin" a small town local renowned car painter. Story has it that the wealthy owner took the car apart and dropped it off at the body shop "at least 10 years ago but could be 20" and didnt come back for it. He is going to pay Marvin a visit to see what information he can get on the car and to see what he knows about it and possibly the owners name that dropped the car off. He told me that the tank has never been out of the car since it was dropped off at the body shop.

If the previous owner cannot get me any information and there is no build sheet on top of the tank I am going to try and do an owner history on the car. It is most likely a local car that could have a limited number of owners.
