That's fine if they are stainless steel. They make an 0000 and 00000. Use the finest grain steel wool you can get. The only problem is the tiny microscopic bits of steel wool that get left behind. After you polish the trim make sure you blow off the car with some compressed air (driving it fast doesn't count due to the boundary layer effect! [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif[/img])
Then wash the car, dry it and then use the polish.
All this paranoia is for the simple reason that just one tiny remnant of that steel wool getting rubbed into your paint will leave a very visible scratch.
