That is not true!!! NCRS validated the Window sticker - It's my signature. I know. NCRS did not review or validate the warranty booklet. Read the document it says "Window Sticker" That does not mean the warranty book is not authentic it simply, means NCRS does not validate non GM printed/issued items.
