I may be speaking out of turn but I believe the chassis service manual/unit repair manual usually has a picture showing significant frame dimensions and callouts.
Also - there may be a chart in the assembly plant "assembly manual" (aka "PAD sheets"
but I'm not sure if they are readily available for 1970 A body.
