I was able to get all of the electric items in the dash working. The printed circuit was shot and I just happen to have a brand new one I bought for my car years ago that I never used. Also, all of the bulb sockets had a little corrosion on them keeping the circuit open so I cleaned all them up. I bench tested the dash harness also. All the circuits were reading .3 - .4 ohms on the Fluke Meter which has a little resistance but still within tolerance. I repaired the broken/cut wires also. The only thing left is to put a new neutral start switch on it since someone broke it off and twisted the wires to it together.
Also, the caliper brackets are done so I will go pick them up tomorrow and get the rotors on and brakes done.

These pics are lousy but show all the lights on...
