He left you a positive feedback meening he got the item,
Contact eBay telling them this.

eBay makes it so easy for buyers to scam sellers now, you can buy something and if the seller used regular shipping without no tracking the buyer can easily lie and say they did not get the item, in return they keep there item and also get a full refund from paypal which even includes the shipping fees.
eBay has no protection for sellers and ontop of there 9% fees, 2.9% paypal fee they even get us for a percentage on the shipping fee and they wonder why they are doing more badly then ever [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/no.gif[/img]
