I have the hinge pin removal tool, but the lower pins just won't budge - it's at the point where I'm concerned what I'm mushrooming them because of all of the hammering! Wrong tool?

I liked the post &amp; pics of the Chevelle pin removal, but the Nova hinges aren't quite the same.
