Thanks Bill. I did follow that thread! Fantastic job. I will shoot him a PM. The 2 buildings that I looked at today are very nice. The worksmanship looks very good too.

Bruce, I spent some time in AZ back in the late 70's. I was in Glendale and Sun City for a while. I remember "Indian School Road and the "Camelback Mountains". What cracked me up was I would be going through a town and in between the commercial buildings, there would be an old run down shack that had goats and donkeys in the yard!
