Steve's advice is golden and especially important example #1's point about how you may be competing w/ other buyers whether aware of it or not.
As soon as I see enough to say yes I do it quickly and like to load up split then stop a few miles down the road and spend time looking at details...and hopefully gloating.
Saying yes quickly has saved my asss a few times too when other buyers have shown up and the seller tells them sorry/sold.
Best thing on paying full ups is it sometimes includes extra parts not mentioned as some sellers keep this tight until a deal is made and you could be missing #'s parts etc.
