Probably because the owner of the engine wanted more money then the owner of the car wanted to pay. Holding the engine for ransom I would guess. The owner of #62 should take the engine out of his car,drop it on the side of the road in the next town over from this guy and call the car in stolen,then tell the cops that he found out who stole his car and where the engine went.
