...If your uncle was the original owner .... and the car was stolen ..... "HE" should be able to contact Newport News... and possibly Hampton, Va. police department and get a copy of the police report ... if one was made.

Note: I-64 and Hampton Coliseum are located in Hampton, Va. ..... Not Newport News.
