Mike, I think the objection to White Post is that they sleeve with brass. I think that's fine for a restored car that doesn't see many (or any) miles, but brass is much softer than stainless and I'd be afraid it would wear and scuff pretty fast from the piston movements.
Think of a Vega's cylinder wall compared to any Chevy V8!
