Here are the pictures of Phil's subframe bolts, car has never been messed with. Cleary shows washer head bolts. Second photo shows the use of a flat washer under a split washer. This detail was only use on the r/h 2ea. bolts that are on the side of the crossmember that has the two slotted holes. The reasoning should be obvious. These bolts are not called out in the 69 AIM, most likely the crossmember was already bolted to the frame from the vendor.
