I wonder if that's the 73 Z28 that Ed Lis had a couple years ago that originally came out of Washington state. If so, it's arguably one of the finest unrestored 2nd gen Z28's in existence. </div></div>
Looks like a 70 to me....short seats with head rests was 70 only.
