What's the date on the spiral shocks & did they originally come with it?

Double lined 768 pumps weren't LS-6 specific.Used on LS-3,L34,LS-5 also.
They're considered a later pump as generally mid to later assembled got them during 70 production,but a scarce few still got the 727 within that timeline too.
