Honestly Albert,I've never seen a 1969 tee like yours,but it coulda been one they used.
There were so many different suppliers of the same parts back then,I would imagine at least one of the assembly plants might have had the one you show,in there parts bins during 1969 too.
My photo is just for light reference,and not the definitive answer.
