I don't see in the ad where the guy is claiming it to be a FACTORY LS-6 car. He just says it is a real factory BB car and presently has a built LS-6 engine. Strange that he has the GM of Canada paperwork, but he does not post it as he makes a big deal about it in the ad. Don't see anything special about it as far as Motion goes, but would be cool if one of the past owners did work there.
A neat story, but don't think it materially affects the value of the car versus any other non-original 70 Chevelle in similar condition. IMHO, if it was something like Billy Mitchell's personal car and was used by Motion to test out some parts and was featured in some vintage Hi Performance CARS magazines, then it would be something collectable to a Motion enthusiast, but still would not be valued anywhere close to an invoiced Baldwin Motion car.
