There are a few guys on here who can tell. Kurt S and Mark C come to mind.
When I suspect a fake, I usually look up the address and see if it is even a real address. Amazing how many will be the middle of a lake, or in an industrial area. The fakers don't want to use a real address. It is too easy to check county land records and see who owned the home in 68 or 69.
