It seems to me that there were discussions about the interior trim on certain Novas..depending on the options selected. I believe Greg Roberts has some info on this...it may have also impacted the dash bezel trim accent...I would reach out to him.
His handle is Nova Research project...very good guy, really knows his stuff.
