I actually had TWO complete sets in their binders but lost them in my recent house fire. I do remember that it was a Red '64 Impala Convertible with the 409/425 HP engine and a strange white-colored removeable hardtop. Maybe you can check your set in the time frame I mentioned. </div></div>its the same car. i am just finishing up the frame off restoration. original owner sent the current owner a bunch of original docs from when he bought it new.we have window sticker and he also sent the article from late great chevy mag. He also sent a 5 page letter giving the history of car. Anyone who looks through these docs will have no doubt the car is the real deal. There is even a letter from chevrolet sales manager thanking him for purchasing a new chevrolet. i have the sales brochure for the removable hard top. On the cover it says Riviera removable hard top. Made in Iowa. I can scan the cover of it. I don't know how to post pics maybe a fellow member can help me out. My main reason for asking for help on production numbers is i haven't seen a numbers matching on of these sell so I was thinking the production must have been low. If anybody has the article from late great chevy go ahead and post it it's an interesting read.
