Yes all 2000 Camaros even base model V6 came standard with 4 wheel disc brakes. Every single Camaro 1998 and newer came standard with 4 wheel disc brakes.
There is a message board specifically for V6 Camaros (mostly 4th Gen.) if you want to ask there to double check.
