Yes they are dated but not with casting numbers. The assembly date will be stamped in very tiny numbers/letters. MC near front bleeder. Calipers on the underside of one of the mounting ears.

Greg, I've had no luck finding the dates stamped on my MC.

I'm thinking the stamp is too light to see or they didn't stamp it. I even got out the magnifying glass. (I'm getting old) [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/hmmm.gif[/img]
