Only car I will be parking underneath is either a 69 Camaro or the smaller tube frame car, so height should not be an issue. Looking at the bendpak models, hd9 and hd as well, but by the time you add the castors, jack tray and ramps, the cost is almost double.

Don't even own an suv these days, and the only pickup is my old beater work truck that stays outside.

As for walking under it, I am only 5'7" so that isn't a huge issue. I worked in a shop for years and am used to dodging lift arms.

Anyone that has one of these Atlas models that has compared to the bendpak? I would really like your input. If there is a huge difference in quality (ie safety) I will go with a bendpak.

My only experience is with two post lifts. Not an option for where I am putting this one.
