The news announcement for the Yenko/Harrell deal was mid March 1967 .
Early 1967 Yenko ads don't mention Harrell after that they say "Harrell Engineered"

While I'm not one to believe everything I read, and since there is nothing mentioned to the contrary, I would generally agree with what you stated, other than when a Harrell-Yenko relationship was initiated.
