Rich. there is a 1307 Ethel Ave (not street) and a 1311, but they are next door. No 1309.
Is there an Ethel Street as well as an Ethel Ave?
Not saying this is the case. But this wouldn't be the first time a doc faker has gone to great lengths to make docs look legit.
I had no doubt about Earl Evans Chev.
