I've been very happy with the results from Imperial Machine in Lincoln, Nebraska. He does it with stainless steel. I'm afraid of the brass sleeves White Post uses. The constant motion of the internal pistons must cause wear in the brass.
I don't have a # for him but he advertises in Hemmings.
