Nice breakdown of the valve. I wish you would consider calling the valve "pressure regulating valve". It might go a long way in educating people on the correct name of both the round hold off valve and the frame mounted pressure valve.
I have had both valves apart before during restoration work. Fortunately I was able to clean and re use all the cup seals. The o ring gaskets are easy to find.
I think there is a need and a market for a correct and functional seal kit for both the Hold off valve and the Pressure regulating valve. I would bet some of the Camaro parts place's would like to offer them. You might even just offer them on ebay with a BIN price ? I think photos of the valve apart also would go along way in selling a kit.
I would gladly pay $30.00 or more for kits that are complete and correct.
Are you doing a breakdown of the round Hold off valve also ?
