Bill, I'm not sure where the money came from to purchase the concessions but I'm sure from some donations plus the entry fees from the cars pay for most of it. The show was free to spectators and $10 to enter your car.
This was the first time I've attended the event. Albany is so small, you can almost throw a rock from one end of town to the other but it's less than a hour from bigger cities; Madison, Janesville etc...
I had a great time and will be back again....that's for sure!
