The seller's statement lost me at <span style="font-style: italic">"...As he said himself in the video these things would not have been found
in a normal inspection..."..</span> as even if there's video of the Icelandic lad saying that it doesn't instantly release the seller from all responsibility!.
Being the seller's business speciality is specifically dealing w/ cars like this on a regular basis you'd have to consider they were well aware of exactly what they had on their hands but even more importantly how they then chose to represent it!.
I'd look for examples of contradiction between specific concerns that exist w/ the actual car itself and how these were individually represented to this buyer from afar?.
