<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">As many of you know, Gateway International Raceway was closed shortly after SCR13, and is now for sale.

Through the years, and even more so the last few months, we have had several inquires from facilities and organizations wanting to host the SCR, but until the closing of GIR, we felt Collinsville was the best fit for the SCR. With the closing of GIR, we were faced with the reality of rethinking how we do things.

Though it has taken longer then we had hoped to decide upon such a facility, we are very excited to say Route 66 Raceway will be the location for SCR14. Friday July 29th, 2011. More details to follow as we finalize things.

For those not familiar with Route 66 Raceway, it is part of the Chicagoland Speedway Properties, located in Joliet, IL, Southwest of Chicago. Their facilities are second to none, hosting both NASCAR and NHRA events.

Racing, showing, or just hanging out with friends, I hope everyone will support SCR14, making it the best one yet.</div></div>
