I guess I shouldn't be surprised. There was a big block Impala on E Bay recently that was a total re-body, re-tag, VIN swap, the whole deal. The seller spelled out what he had done in the ad, swapping parts and tags. The majority opinion on the site was that he was to be commended for his "honesty".
