I think the WIW idea has merit
As stated, other sites have them and they are very popular
As far as posting pictures, it is ez IF you use a free service such as photobucket, imageshack or the like
simply cut and paste the link they give you when you upload your pictures to your album
use the link that has the [img] & [/img] not the < >
or it is simple to right click on a picture then add the [img] & [/img] before and after (no spaces) the captured image link
