Traffic in Germany is always stressful. I love the speedlimit in the States... is much easier and less stressful to drive.

That would be nice... but unfortunately no.
I need the Camaro quick when we arrive the States and I also need a reliable daily driver. So I guess the best thing is to go with a 4th Gen... 2000 or so... not sure yet.
And the Budget is limited at the time...
