Excellent win! Couldn't have asked for a better week. Packers lose, Bears win, and win the division, and Hester sets a record.

Still a little troubling what happened last week. The Patriots crushed the Bears, in the cold, on our turf. Then the Packers play the Patriots, on Patriots turf, and almost beat them with a backup QB? I know, as the saying goes, on any given Sunday....

The conditions of the field on the MNF game were ridiculous. I thought the irony here was that Packers and Vikings fans claimed that some of the Bears were crying about having to play on an 'unheated' field, the field was too hard, someone can get injured, yadda yadda yadda. If Brett Favre was healthy, HE would show these wimps what toughness is. And then they announced Favre would play. He was going to go down in a blaze of glory, beating the Bears in the cold, in Minnesota. The script was perfect. Then Favre gets slammed to the ground, and he's out, possibly for the rest of his career.

I love Favre, he's the greatest, but I thought his ego, his drama queen personality, finally caught up with him on what could be his last game.

Great Bears week....bring on the playoffs...
