Joe is correct, it is a reproduction plate. I have seen originals and this is not one of them.. I see this plate pop up on ebay from time to time.. It's pretty close to the original and nonetheless is a cool plate. I would buy it if you could get it for a fair/reasonable price like the ten to twenty dollar range or cheaper...
