I was not paid for participating in the Solid Lifter Showroom. Nor do I personally know of anyone who was.
I will not comment on others inside the building being paid. They can speak for themselves here if they chose to.
I was also was delighted to be included in a display with some "World Class" restores' and restored cars. And that included what may be the world standard for an original untouched 69 COPO Chevelle.
I had a great time talking to people there, answereing questions and sharing information.
If ask again I would support the SLS, as it is truly a new bright spot for the GM nats. Hopefully enough quality GM cars will continue to participate in the show. Sorry to see the Camaros leaving, and good luck in MD.
The SLS display speaks for itself. If you did not see it the last two years, talk to people that did to form your opinions of the people and cars there.
