Default Re: Gobi Yenko Deuce finds its way to EBaY

Call me crazy but I'd bet it tops $50,000. When no driveline 69 Z/28s are bringing 25-30 grand and they built over 20,000 of them...a 1 of 176 Yenko/COPO Nova with the original Yenko window sticker is a 50K car in my eyes. Sure it's got some crude performace mods and missing original parts but I don't know of too many legit original COPO cars that don't. Also, being the fact that the bank selling it has made it clear that the auction will run until close and sell to the high bidder...I bet there are more than a few folks losing sleep and pondering finances during the next 4+ days.

Can't say I can remember when the last time one this nice was up for grabs to anyone willing to pony up the biggest stack.

Speculative value aside...did anyone notice the Yenko crest appears to have been on the driver's side of the decklid originally...looks like maybe the original Nova script was left in it's original location on the right?

Wish I had the cocconuts...
