1969 Impala SS427 Custom Coupe sold by Don Norem Chevrolet/Buick, Inc. of Bozeman, MT.
The Impala came with the Z24 option package and included the following:
- Frost Lime exterior color
- Black vinyl interior w/ front bucket seats
- Black vinyl top
- Console
- Tilt Steering
- AM radio
- 8 track tape player w/multiplex
- Tinted glass
- L72 425ci/425hp engine
- M21 close-ratio Muncie 4 speed transmission
- 3.55:1, 12-bolt posi-traction rear axle
- Simulated wire wheel covers
- Power steering and power brakes
The car has a correct, NOM CE 512 block, 840 heads, original M 21 transmission w/VIN, original rear axle and original Harrison radiator. Car is rust free, original body panels, older body-on restoration with original interior except for bucket seats having been recovered and new carpet. All engine components are correct #’s and date codes except for the distributor and alternator, which are re-stamps I believe. Car is documented with owner history back to new and notarized affidavits were obtained from the original owner as well as the selling dealership attesting to the car’s L72 factory option.
